About the Role:

Performance Managers will monitor our frontline sales and account management department throughout the sales cycle to identify risks, project outcomes, and make sure complete adherence from respective stakeholders. Performance Managers will also surface risks, understand underlying problems to solve by quantifying qualitative measures to objectively prioritize the risks against a roadmap designed around organizational goals.

 

What Will You Do:

  • You are in charge of the end-to-end performance management process for the Business Team. Making sure that the performance monitoring and feedback processes are running in their most effective & efficient way. The activities supporting are not limited to:
  • Define KPIs, set up metrics to measure the performance of each team in the Business department
  • Track KPIs, set up mechanisms for regular monitoring actual performance in comparison to the predefined targets
  • Analyse Business team performance result to extract insights and improvement opportunities
  • Define and manage incentive plans for each Business department, along with the Business leaders
  • Create and maintain Business performance dashboards and prepare reports weekly/monthly for management review
  • Align with stakeholders to understand the targets and give recommendations based on quantitative analysis/cohort analysis/meta-analysis to improve performance
  • Run deep analyses to find root cause problem to determine the health of the business + success/failure of growth experiments

 

What Are The Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor's degree with Business Management/Economics/Finance or another relevant major from a reputable university. Not limited to: Quantitative Economics, Statistics, and Data Analytics
  • Have 4+ years experience in similar fields and roles (logistic/e-commerce/tech). Also experienced in managing multiple projects and a team with at least 2 members
  • Comfortable working in a VUCA environment
  • Comfortable and super detailed working with numbers
  • Solid MS.Excel skill to do data analysis, generate clear answers to problems through data, and good data visualization (Excel VBA skill is good)
  • Also analytical tools e.g. google data studio, sisense, tableau, metabase
  • Able to present the data insights clearly and in an orderly manner to the company leaders
  • An extraordinary communicator and high collaborator. Comfortable working constantly with people with diverse backgrounds
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written for work proficiency is a must
