Such invitation was extended by Budi Handoko, Co-Founder and COO of Shipper in the Greater Solo Forum for Indonesia Maju which was held at the ballroom of Hotel Alila, Solo City (23/02/2022) with the theme of ‘Recover Stronger, Recover Together’. The event was attended by important figures such as the Head of Financial Services Authority (OJK) Wimboh Santoso, Governor of Central Java Ganjar Pranowo, Mayor of Solo Gibran Rakabuming Raka, Regent of Karanganyar Juliyatmono, and Chairman of the Indonesian Fintech Association (IFSoc) Mirza Adityaswara.
“Collaboration is our passion. We combine our vast logistic network with our logistic partners in a win-win solution,” said Budi Handoko during the event, which discussed the post-Covid-19 economic recovery in Indonesia, particularly in the Greater Solo.
Similarly, the Governor of Central Java Ganjar Pranowo, who attended the event virtually, also urged all parties from the business and education sectors to collaborate in promoting their regions. He also encouraged each region to develop its potential.

As a solution to help MSMEs reach the next level, Shipper also educates, mentors, and develops MSMEs through various routinely organized classes. Currently, there are around 30,000 industries and 250,000 MSMEs in the Greater Solo that have started to expand. Digitalization is believed to be able to boost the growth of MSMEs.
