Shipper Academy internship program (S.H.i.P.) is a 6-months internship program for undergraduates that is performed with a specially designated learning program. This internship program is available for all Indonesian undergraduates who are interested in getting real-life experience in the tech and logistics industry.

  • Preferably undergraduates from reputable universities.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00
  • All majors are welcomed to apply
  • Willing to do hybrid working (this may change depending on the situation)
  • Willing to work for 5 working days from 9.00 - 18.00 WIB

Shipper Fulfillment Trainee For Fresh Graduate

This program aims to attract talented young graduates and develop them to become Shipper future leaders. For 8 months, they will receive a series of training including acting as a staff, acting as a supervisor, and acting as an assistant manager.

We're Looking For

  • At least Bachelor's Degree in any major, preferably from Engineering (Industrial), Business/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation.
  • Preferable less than 1-year of experience specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Having strong communication skills (able to speak English), leadership, critical thinking, proactiveness, and problem-solving.
  • Passionate in Logistic/Supply Chain/Warehousing.
  • Available for program period of 8 months.
  • Willing to be relocated around Indonesia.
